Mahima M Raj started Pax Et Justitia in the year 2020 after 20 years of her experience in the legal field. One can get all kinds legal solutions from  Pax Et Justitia including legal drafting, Vetting, documentation(especially for an IT Companies), mediation, Work Place Investigation etc.
Adv Mahima M Raj did her 5 year LL.B year degree course  at Kerala Law Academy Law College under University of Kerala  during the period on  1995-2000. After taking LL.B she started practice as an advocate.  After few years of her practice as an advocate she joined for Post Graduation in law. She took her masters  in International Law and Human Rights from University of Kerala on 2006. 
After completing LL.M  she presumed practice. She is serving as Legal adviser in various firms including banking sector.  She also acting as external member in Anti Harassment Committees in

3. Nizan Digital India LLP, Trivandrum.
4. Vocational training Centres of Tata Institute of Social Science, Trivandrum,Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts of Kerala.

She conducts trainings on POSH Act as per Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place Act 2013. She specialises in service matters, documentation, vetting, drafting, mediation etc.  However Pax et Justitia can be approached for all types of legal services.
